The installation crew was fantastic—professional, friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented. They checked in with me throughout the installation, made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and did an outstanding job.

Shopping at Classic Carpet & Rug was a pleasure. No pressure, just wonderful service with a smile from Jack, the owner. We had him order our chosen rug to create a custom stair runner and because of personal complications, we made him wait for weeks before installation. Each time I called, Jack said “No problem. Whenever you’re ready.” So today was installation day and Carlos arrived first thing. He was friendly, efficient and so careful to be sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. I was very pleased with my experience with this shop. They gave us very good advice to choose new runners for our stairs, came home to measure and give a quote, and then the installation was very well done. High quality products and finishes.
