Ended up asking to come a day early which was nice. Plumber and apprentice were polite and explained everything to me. They were honest and not pushy. Excellent job. Will definitely use again if needed and recommend to anyone. Scheduling was also easy!
I needed to replace the central air system that I had installed 17 years ago in my house. It's an older home, built before central air even existed, so I was ready for a ton of mishaps. However, the experience was completely mishap free. Everyone I interacted with at KB Plumbing and HVAC were kind, responsive, knowledgably, and professional. They managed the project seamlessly, were conscientious about how everything looked when they left and took time to walk me around and show me what they did as well as how to operate it. The bonus is that I know have one company, that I can trust and rely on for all of my HVAC needs.
Keith came out to give us an estimate for multiple different services that we are looking into. He was on-time, knowledgable, and explained different options that we could go with while also providing his recommendations. We were impressed with the process and how he took his time. You can tell he cares about his customers. We look forward to working with Keith and his team if we move forward with our project. Highly recommend!!
