I first used this Sullivan and Sons when had a new shower installed in my home. They were hired by the contactor. After a few years I have used them many times for issues associated with having a 40 year old home. They are fast, effective, and very professional. Im very happy to have found a permanent solution to any future plumbing needs.

The Plumber from this business was unprofessional, showed up approximately 40 minutes late to both appointments. I had to call both times to see if he was still coming and on his way. He never called me to let me know that he was running late. Did not fix the issue and do the work correctly and charged me $300. For the initial appointment, after the repair, I paid in full, my check was cashed, was told I had a 1 year warranty. However, a few days later my leak got worse and I had to keep calling and calling with no call back for my second appointment.
