I have to say that me and my family go to DOCS on Chase ave , we have never had a negative problem there. The Dr is good & I have to say that the Medical Assistant Ivelisse is by herself on Wednesday's most of the time. She is very respectful, nice, understanding, helpful, & is a incredibly caring person! She deals with a lot of ungrateful disrespectful people.And she has a lot of patience for that. she definitely deserves a Medical Assistant of the year award!! We love u girl, keep doing what you're doing an amazing job!!!
Went in not feeling well for several days. Girls at front desk very polite and helpful with check in process. After check in virtals were taken promptly. Found out I had a virus. By the time I got to my car, items already ordered from my local pharmacy. I would recommend.
I am so truly blessed to have Dr. Rex as my primary care doctor. He is a compassionate doctor who cares about his patients' I always leave my appointments with him feeling well cared for. He is great at explaining health matters in a way for his patients to understand. The nurses that work beside him are very kind and friendly. I look forward to all my appointments at Docs Urgent Care, the staff is like family.
