I can honesty say that this was one of best experiences I’ve ever had at any Urgent Care facility. The staff at the Southington location went above and beyond their job description. I needed paperwork that I did not have with me. They bent over backwards to help me get it. All along, with a smile on their faces and reassuring me it was their pleasure to help. I cannot say enough. Thank you!!! P.s. I would be lying if I said I’m looking forward to seeing you again, but I can tell you if I have a medical issue, I would definitely make the drive there from Avon. Thank you again!!!

Came to DOCS Urgent Care in Southington after changing a starter in my truck and a piece of rust/metal got into my eye even though I had on my safety glasses I tried my best with the eye wash station and got an eye flush kit nothing I did removed the metal I’m not one for hospitals or walk ins but The staff at DOCS was amazing everyone was very friendly and took the anxiety away I had I was brought to a exam room and quickly a female doctor came in who was amazing she made me feel very comfortable and within 3 mins she located the piece of metal and was able to remove it and flush my eye out I feel 100% better and I’m going to make DOCS my primary care doctor because...read full review

So grateful to the staff and service providers at DOCS Southington! I was having some real post-Covid medical issues. The care I received was excellent! We tried out a new medication and what a difference!! Again, thank you!
