Dr. Rex and his staff at the Southington DOCS, are kind, caring, compassionate, efficient and professional people who not only care but excel at what they do. Dr Rex always makes you feel like you’re the only patient he has for the day. You ALWAYS have time for your questions and and concerns to be answered and addressed. He sits patiently and emphatically listening to everything you want or need to talk about and thoroughly explains everything to you, whether it’s about your health concerns, a procedure you might be having, or the medication that he’s prescribing you. Staff is nice but this location never seems to have a dr on staff. It’s done through video call. Also follow up phone calls with results are not given . I figured out how to get them online.

I would highly recommend Docs. The Medical assistants are so efficient and kind. There should be more Doctors like Dr Rex. He’s helped me in so many ways. Guided me on weight loss, keeps my daughter and I up to date in all our needs. If your looking for a primary doctor Dr. Rex is the one. He’s Great with kids!!!!
