I have been in this Ulta Beauty over a dozen times and the staff is always exceptional! Everyone has given me the best customer service I have seen in years. The hard working staff members who have helped me find what I need and at the front desk are pleasant, efficient and go above and beyond to make shopping at their store enjoyable. I have no idea why anyone would have had a bad experience! They have also given me suggestions on how to find coupons and save money on the products I need. If I could give them ten stars I would! Thank you to all those who work at Ulta Beauty Southbury!

This location is great and the staff is so helpful. Rhonda helped me pick a foundation and shade matched me with a lot of knowledge. Even if you just need help navigating what products you need in the store, they’re so pleasant to work with.

This store was gorgeous and all the women were so sweet and sincere iris was so patient with me qvc sells products on app charges you and don't deliver says its gas prices then they won't refund go back to stores believe in person expertise
