I love Paul and Dorey in the Southbury office. The communication with higher ups is BS. Less then 24hrs THEY canceled my appointment after waiting 3 weeks. The Middlebury office said they handled it. I never said Middlebury. I specifically said I would drive further than that to have those 2 I mentioned above. They said we don't handle vertigo patients and offered me one in Woodbury with someone else that does it. 1 month with the worst vertigo someone can have and that extended it another week. Shame on the head person who handles complaints.

I highly recommend physical therapist, Paul! He is amazing, hands on, and extremely hard working and knowledgeable. He helped me to gain strength and motion after my total knee replacement and a second surgery, an arthroscopic knee surgery. He is amazing!
