I was having an issue with one of my hearing aids. Called Hearing Aid Specialists and got an appointment the same day with Aida. After checking the hearing aid, Aida retested me and found that my hearing had diminished. She upgraded both hearing aids and resolved the issue. The staff is professional, caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hearing Aid Specialists.
I am quite pleased with the care and professionalism that I am receiving. Anne Capuano (sp) is the greatest as well as Sarah at the front desk. They are not only very professional, but they are most welcoming and maybe you feel most comfortable. I have recommended this practice many of my friends. The’re the BEST!!👍
Aida was an excellent technician start to finish. The office is easy to access, clean, with a friendly office staff. All hearing aid options were explained and coats broken down. Would definitely recommend!
