Samantha is a talented stylist. I've always found it difficult finding a good one, but I lucked out with her. She listens intently to what you want, explains what she's doing if you're interested, and is a pleasure to be around. I have curly hair which is difficult to cut, and I'm transitioning from colored to grey, and she is doing a great job with both. I'm so pleased so have found her.

I’ve been going to Caterina for years and even followed her here to AB in Southbury -- she’s just that good. I have long blonde hair and usually keep it simple, but whenever I bring in a photo for a subtle change, Caterina absolutely nails it every time. She’s not only my go-to stylist, but someone I now consider a friend. The prices at this salon are on the higher side, but the quality, consistency, and care you get with Caterina make it completely worth it!

Charged 48 dollars for 4 year olds hair cut ....looked NOTHING like picture shown. Requested shoulder length with layers down side of face and bottom....hair was way passed shoulder no layers. Wouldn't mind paying 48 dollars for a haircut that looked like 48 dollars was worse than a cheap 10 dollar generic salon. Do not recommend Jennifer. My daughter should have requested she fix it!!! Terrible absolutely terrible!!

Let me start by saying I'm in a really bad mood on a gloomy day when my allergies are killing me.
But this is the second time I've booked Casey for a classic men's pedicure and she was running more than 20 minutes behind (!!). First time, I had a flight to catch and they practically had to pull teeth to get her to me. Today, I also had a commitment abutting my appointment. I waited 10 minutes, they said she'd be 10 minutes more, and nothing. I finally walked out.
Now, the receptionist was SUPER nice and apologetic. Also offered me a credit for a free pedicure in the future.
Place is super big and clean and inviting. But, they've gotta do better on getting Casey to respect clients' time! It's just not fair, especially when they ask YOU not to be late.
Suggestion: if Casey notoriously runs behind, block her appointment calendar for longer than usual. Or call a client about 30 minutes before their appointment to let them know she's late.
