His workstation (and the other artists) was clean, organized, and properly sanitized, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in the process.
He took the time to review the design and answer my questions. After the tattoo was finished, he thoroughly explained the aftercare instructions and made sure I understood how to care for it during the healing process.
Most importantly, the artwork turned out fantastic. The detail and quality exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the final result.
