Tattoo shops near Windsor Locks picked by BestProsInTown
“I was at a tattoo convention recently and had a tattoo done by Alyssa and she was so gentle and my tattoo came out amazing. She was such a perfectionist with everything she does right down to design and placement. Reigning Ink as a whole is a most welcoming and professional tattoo studio. I can’t wait to have more tattoos done by Alyssa in the future ??”
“I've gotten all my ink done there and I will never go anywhere else! Dean is my artist and is the best person to work with. Everyone there is just so nice. Coming back to see y'all soon!”
“My daughter had Josh and he is amazing!!! Listens, asks questions, work area ( the whole shop) very clean. Definitely will be going back”
