This company is lovely and I’ve always been able to contact someone if I had questions about my order. Their communication is on point, and the folks who run this place are so kind. My studio recently endured a fire, and I owe these crew so much for helping us get back on our feet. I’ll be a customer forever, and I’ve been working with them for almost 10yrs.
I've known Tommy for years. He's an amazing person. He definitely enjoys and loves what he does. It's different when you deal directly with the owner, now it's personal. I have been to numerous Tattoo conventions he sponsors, hundreds of Artists and people who are getting Tattoos. He sponsors the annual Halloween event in Enfield that has helped raise thousands for the local food shelf . I highly recommend this shop for all your Tattoo supplies.
I've been ordering supplies from Tommy's for quite some time now. My most recent purchase/order ended up having some issues and complications (no fault of Tommy's.....just a thing that happened). So I contacted the company in order to figure out a resolution. The customer service that I received from Jen was exemplary and I was reminded of why I stick with Tommy's Tattoo Supplies for my tattoo supply needs. She worked with me to come up with a unique solution to a unique problem.
Tommy's Supply clearly values their customers and I will forever recommend them to my friends and family as well as my own tattoo supplies.
