Solid all around gym, racquetball courts are in good shape and clean. Nice pool for laps, a hot sauna and basketball court!Yoga classes are amazing the teachers are always on point. I've been a member of most gyms in town and this has the most to offer!

This place has everything you need from cardio, strength training, to functional fitness. Even when it's at its busiest, I rarely have to wait for equipment or the pool. It's super clean, and the staff is friendly. The pricing is fair.

Love all the variety of machines. Ryan was super understanding about my health concerns and very encouraging. Very nice guy! 2 thumbs up ????....He deserves a raise and more for the great energy he brings and enthusiasm...Also all the staff I've encountered have been nothing but extremely polite and sensitive concerning my needs...best gym I've been to...
