About Higher Ground Core
Higher Ground Core is a boutique fitness studio that offers a variety of exciting classes, including cardio, barre, sculpting, strengthening, and dance. The studio focuses on targeting the core and other muscles to help clients tone and lengthen their bodies effectively, providing lasting results without the fear of bulking up. Classes are available for all fitness levels, and nutritional guidance is also offered. Additionally, Higher Ground Core features a comprehensive dance program for both kids and adults, allowing parents to work out while their children dance. With training available in styles like Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, and more, there is something for everyone aged 2 and up. Clients appreciate the supportive and encouraging community created by the instructors, particularly Erica, who brings positive energy and motivation to each class. Many have found the workouts effective in helping them achieve their fitness goals and even rediscover their love for dance. I am beyond grateful I found Higher Ground Core. After not being active for many years, I was nervous taking new dance and fitness classes. Erica and Laurie are incredibly welcoming and kind. Because of the way they run their business, which is challenging yet fun, the clientele is also so warm. HGC has become a second family for me. They encourage growth in an easy going environment. If you’re debating joining dance or a fitness classes- this is your sign to do it!!
I’m so happy I found HGC a few years ago. I always wished I did dance as a kid and never got the chance. HGC has been the most fun, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment to live out my dance dreams as a beginner adult. There are so many options and the community is fantastic.
Higher Ground Core is for sure one of my absolute favorite places to spend my time. My kids take dance classes there, I work out there, I take adult dance classes there and the community is top-notch. I’ve made friends, my kids have established impactful relationships and we are consistently happy to get to go and be involved in such a great business. Erica is a phenomenal human being. Her staff are amazing. Her family, which is integrated into her business, are supportive and make you feel like you’re one of the group. We love Higher Ground Core.
