This was a Great experience!!!! From beginning to end, it was well worth the money spent! Chris the development manager educated me about what good air duct cleaning service entails. I was actually booked with another company. After speaking to a Chris and doing my own research I cancelled my appointment with the other company and went with CSC services. This was one of the best choices I’ve made since living in this home. They arrived on time. Sam and Richard was very informative from start to finish. The previous home owners had a husky dog. I emailed Chris Townsend, Business Development Manager asking for info on service, costs and if they even tooksmall jobs.He was very prompt in responding,explained everything that is done and costs etc. I emailed a couple of times with other questions and he responded right back. Very helpful and polite.We set a price and time frame, his dispatch set it up,Ben & Mira came on time, very professional, explained what they would be doing, answered all our questions, very pleasant and did a great job. CSC is all #1 about customer service satisfaction.
