“Had a service done today on my shag rug and couches and was very satisfied, John showed up on time, provided me with a business card and came inside to evaluate, before entering the house he slipped on some booties and I was instantly impressed at his mindfulness of entering the house with his shoes on and it was also raining, I immediately knew that the service was going to be nothing less than great, John and I went through what needed to be done, went over the prices and he began his work, at the end of service everything looked and smelled brand new!
