We recently moved to Connecticut, and needed to have very old carpets removed and a new wood floor installed. From the first conversation I had with Kevin, I knew that I could trust his advice and workmanship. His crew removed the old carpet swiftly and cleanly and the installation of the wood floor was done with great efficiency and care. We also needed to have our stairs re-carpeted and this additional project was done beautifully. His showroom staff are always friendly and welcoming, too. Fantastic work by the crew at Action on our hardwood flooring installation. Karen was a pleasure and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Steve made sure the job was done professionally and on time. I highly recommend them to anyone and would call upon Action again for future projects .

We had them install a new kitchen floor and it is beautiful!! After we pick out the floor we wanted at the store in Simsbury, it was ordered and the materials came in about 2 weeks later. We set up an install date and the installers were punctual, professional and polite. They explained everything they were going to do and finished it about 5 hours later. We are totally satisfied and will use them for all of our flooring needs ??
