“So far working really well..we had 5 leaks on our flat roof and sealed them all..we have gotten a lot of rain here in southwestern Pennsylvania in the last couple weeks also..we had tried every different product on the roof and we still had leaks..very easy to put on because I watched my son roll it on..lol..if you can roll a paint roller you can put this stuff on..just blow and go..wished I would of found this product a couple years ago..Thanks EPDM“
