Excellent experience from start to finish! The team was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They were cooperative throughout the entire process and kept us well informed with great communication.
They also handled several unexpected existing conditions very well. In a few areas, they discovered rotted structural studs and took the time to properly repair and reinforce them as needed. Hiring Chris was one of the best contracting experiences I’ve ever had. Chris gave me an actually fair quote unlike a lot of other quotes I got. We agreed on a flexible schedule which was a good deal for both of us. When he arrived he got straight to work. I was working on something else in the driveway and Chris freely gave us advice and even shared some extra materials for us to use. And his work was perfect, exactly what we wanted!
