I can't express enough gratitude for Kevin and his team at Discount Drain Services. My business was having plumbing issues where we couldn't snake the drains and was causing back ups from toilets to showers. Not only did they come out at 8:30am on the Saturday before Christmas, they stayed ALL day until it was figured out. The problem was incorrect plumbing in my plaza that we were able to rectify to ensure my unit's plumbing was flowing correctly. Not once did they make us seem like an inconvenience or that we were wasting their time. They came at a moments notice to clear and diagnose a broken drain pipe that was causing my basement to flood. This was after a different drain company failed to resolve the issue earlier that day. I'm truly grateful for their superior experience and professionalism.

It did take a couple of days for them to come out, but they were very good about letting me know their availability. Scott fixed our clogged kitchen sink very quickly. Things rarely go this smoothly with our old pipes. I was very impressed. The price was reasonable and exactly what he estimated it would be. He also was very good about cleaning up after he finished. He didn't leave any trace. Great job!
