Jim (the owner), Jose, the dispatcher, and Tony, the technician, are all fantastic. We had an AC installation that was done before we bought our home about 11 months ago. They stood behind it when the AC didn't work this year, and within a week of the diagnostic visit had the whole thing fixed, which involved substantial inside piping work, since the unit itself turned out to be fine. They did a very thorough job and never charged us for it, which could have been about a $1500 job.
