I had a great experience dealing with Andrei. He arrived right on time and provided a competitive quote. He resurfaced my front porch stoop and did an excellent, top quality, job. Later in the evening he even stopped back to make sure everything was looking good. It started raining an hour later. When I looked outside, the porch was covered in plastic. He obviously stopped back, again, to make sure the cement was protected! Andrei's pride in his work is outstanding!! I highly recommend Andrei and 4MD Construction!!
