“Reliable was fantastic when we had an issue with old furnace in December. I have been dealing with Antonio for a few years and he knew how nervous I was with having a new baby in the home and wanting to ensure all was safe. When I contacted him about the issue he came out right away and addressed the situation. He said it was safe and would be ok to wait for summer to replace furnace. But I insisted on asap. So he quickly got the quotes together and once I confirmed he got us scheduled for install asap which was tough due to the holidays but they did it ! Needed furnace and oil tank replaced. They did it in two days and were very punctual and extremely clean and efficient. Nice to have a company you trust and even more importantly listen to you the customer. Unlike other companies Antonio even followed up after install? reliable is my go to !“

“Mr. Martinelli and Margaret are close to angels you will ever meet. Years ago when I didn't have hot water for 5 years he helped me with a hot water heater knowing I couldn't afford one I didn't even have running water in my kitchen because I had no kitchen. I couldn't keep up with the house repairs because of no money. Unfortunately after my husband died and my mom at the same time I lost everything and eventually my house and became homeless but I will always remember how he was there for me and Margaret Mr. Martinelli is a strict person but with a big hearrt.
