“Access PT is the best. I worked with Jordan and Tayla for multiple injuries and areas of pain. They always took the time to listen to me and adjusted the sessions according to how I felt and what I was able to do. In addition to being some of the most friendly and kind people I've ever met, they always encouraged me which played a major component in my progress and confidence. They also made the sessions fun, exciting, and it was what I most looked forward to after work. During my last session, Tayla wrote me a personalized note which shows how much she truly cares for her patients. I still keep the note in my car which puts a smile on my face everytime before I drive.“

First visit was very thorough (holistic) not just pinpoint area showing me the therapist's IQ and probability I am gonna have a good outcome with encouaging news and expected time frame needed. Unlike other PTs who have quick appointments and who seem to follow a standard routine for all patients, she tailored the sessions to my needs and took the time to get to know me. “My daughter has had a great experience in Pt at Focus, her therapist is wonderful and staff very kind. The only reason it's not a 5 star is the fact, the morning of her appointment she tested positive for covid and we didn't feel it was right to bring a covid positive patient into a rehab/medical facility and we had to cancel....the office still charged a 25$ cancelation fee! Doesn't seem like alot to most but a hit for us. She had been going for 10 months and never missed a session. That was very disappointing. Other than that the facility is wonderful.“
