Absolutely wonderful business to work with. When I moved to Wilton 6 years ago, I called this company to do a cleaning/inspection. They told me my chimney was fine and it did not need to be cleaned. Wow! That never happens. We burn a lot of wood through the winter (almost every night throughout the middle of winter) and have the chimneys cleaned every other year. August West Chimney Sweeps arrives right on time, they clean up neatly after themselves, and the prices are very reasonable. Last summer, we thought we had bats in our chimney. I was in a panic. I've used August West each year for over 7 years to clean my wood stove chimney and I am always impressed by their integrity, work ethic and helpfulness. I highly recommend them. You won't find more honest and courteous people anywhere.
