I did not have an appointment but I only had to wait 10 - 15 minutes before I was taken (which is quicker than most). My stylist (Kim) greeted me with nothing but kindness. She made sure I was comfortable. Even though I knew what I wanted she let me take my time to relax and make my decision. She was very attentive, personable and gentle.
