“Outstanding Experience with Spinelli Exteriors!
We recently had our roof replaced by Dave Spinelli of Spinelli Exteriors, LLC, and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!
After seeing the excellent job Dave had done on a neighbor’s home, we contacted him along with two other highly recommended roofing contractors. Dave’s pricing was very competitive, and as a GAF factory-certified installer, he was able to offer an outstanding warranty, including 50 years on manufacturing defects, 15 years on wind, and 25 years on algae protection.
From the beginning, Dave was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He walked us through the entire installation process, explained what to expect, and made sure we understood any potential additional costs, particularly if damaged plywood was discovered during removal of the old roof.
As it turned out, we did need a substantial amount of plywood replaced. However, Dave provided pictures of the damage along with clear explanations of why the replacement was necessary. Since we had already agreed on a price per sheet before the project began, we knew exactly what to expect.
With some rainy weather in the forecast, Dave kept us informed of scheduling updates, and once work began, everything went off without a hitch. His crew even installed new bathroom roof venting that hadn’t been part of our original roof.
I was particularly impressed with the crew’s attention to detail and cleanup. They were methodical about keeping the property clean throughout the installation and, when finished, walked the entire property several times with a rolling magnet to make sure no stray roofing nails were left behind.
It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who communicates well, is transparent about costs, delivers exactly what he promises, and takes genuine pride in his work. We are extremely pleased with our new roof and the entire experience.
I would highly recommend Dave Spinelli and Spinelli Exteriors to anyone considering a roof replacement!”
