Although we are holding off on our plumbing repair, Mike took time to talk with us about our issue via phone and text and to stop by to fit in an evaluation of our sink when he was extremely busy. He told us best and worst case scenarios and the accompanying costs and risk of repairing our system, which for the time being is passable. Mike Masselli is a straight shooter. And he also happens to be a very nice person. No wonder he is so busy.
Mike installed our bathtub and replaced the pipes for our bathroom and just got rid of our galvanized pipes for our sink. He is quick to diagnose the problem, quick to respond, and really great at his work. He’s always our first call.
Mike Masselli has helped me several times with numerous plumbing problems/emergencies. He even took the time to speak with me Christmas morning for another emergency. Mike bends over backwards to accomplish plumbing jobs in the most professional, efficient and knowledgable manner. He understands when something is not up to code and will make sure the homeowner knows this and then he will go ahead and fix it the way it should be done.
