“I never thought I'd be sad at the thought of ending my physical therapy, but here I am. I had come to PTSMC from another practice and found more than I was looking for. The knowledge and expertise of the therapists is outstanding, but what mattered more was the overall vibe of the place.
Sure, every business has its own culture but the lighthearted nature of PTSMC was what made coming back a pleasure. I got to know the staff, and felt more like I was visiting friends than going to a medical appointment. I've made a full recovery and would even say I'm better off than prior to my injury. “Dr. John Grady Benson was excellent. During my appointment , I met with him and he listened and reviewed my concerns and ordered appropriate tests. When the MRI was available, he called promptly and we discussed the results. When it's time for a joint replacement I'll be confident with him being my surgeon. They provide convenient locations to be seen and you are moved through efficiently minimizing time and getting radiographs performed. The staff was very thoughtful and treated me well. Phil T.“

“I injured my back and shoulder at work last month and was referred to Dr. Jambor. I waited about 25 minutes (they seemed busy this day) but I could not have received better care. From check in through check out, everyone was great. I’ve been in a lot of pain since this injury so it was very refreshing to find a doctor with staff who care about their patients. What's 25 minutes when you've been in pain for weeks?! I'd wait forever for this kind of care.“
