“Kasey was recommend by a fellew golfer. So glad I went to see her- she's an excellent therapist. Her listening skills are terrific, and her instructions are clear and easy for even me to follow. I felt the improvement and pain relief almost immediatly. She's prompt, professional and pleasant. The treatment area is clean and easy to get to. My wife is going to start, as soon as she's cleared by her doctor, based on my great results. Highly recommend!“

“Very impressed! So much better than my last physio experience. Affordable, professional, and en pointe with exercise regime. It has only been a month and I've already had signifant improvement with increased mobility and lowered pain level for my excruciating shoulder injuries. I highly recommend the tender but strict ministrations of Katie, the lovely, kind therapist.“

“I’ve been working with Relentless Performance for the last two years. I started my program in late November after the weather became unfit for golf and other outdoor sports. I was looking for assistance maintaining the flexibility and athleticism that can deteriorate during a New England winter, while also building strength and endurance to prepare for future seasons. At the time, I had done little to no strength training in over a decade, and I knew very little about modern training theories and techniques. I also found it difficult to get reliable information given the array of inconsistent and often contradictory sources available online or elsewhere.Dr. Pete built a program that initially focused on mobility and flexibility to identify existing strengths and weaknesses, and assess general capabilities. We then pivoted to strength building exercises with the end goal of increasing power and endurance to support athletic performance. Methods included modified powerlifting cycles with regular conditioning, targeting diverse muscle groups to support full body strength and endurance. As we got closer to golf season, the focus shifted to Olympic lifting and more complex compound movements that emphasize speed, explosiveness, and control. Summer sessions focused on mobility and maintenance to retain the benefits of training through the entire golf season.I was extremely pleased with the results, finding myself a better golfer and better athlete in general. Dr. Pete built a similar but logically more challenging annual cycle for the subsequent year, and the results were significant once again. I honestly don’t think I have ever been a stronger, more athletic, or healthier person. I am starting a third annual cycle with no intention of stopping anytime soon.Dr. Pete and his team are well educated professionals with the unique ability to assess individual capabilities and build accomplishable, step-by-step programs to achieve predetermined goals. They are excellent instructors who will maximize your results by emphasizing accuracy and technique, making your workouts as safe as they are effective. I couldn’t be happier with the progress I have made working with Relentless Performance. I would recommend their services to any athlete looking to enhance or optimize their fitness and ultimately achieve their performance goals.“

“My first time visit was a very pleasant experience. It was an evaluation which was about and 1.5 hours but the most informative. I’ve never had anyone take the time to answer all the questions I had in terms I could understand. I am really looking forward to working with this group and they come highly recommended“

“Mark, Dan, Alexa, and the rest of the staff is wonderful. They are skilled, personable and caring individuals who listen to you, explain why and what they are doing and provide excellent individualized physical therapy in a warm but not encroaching environment. I was a patient for six weeks after my PRP. “Graduated” today! I would recommend them for any type of physical therapy.“

“Dr. John Grady Benson was excellent. During my appointment , I met with him and he listened and reviewed my concerns and ordered appropriate tests. When the MRI was available, he called promptly and we discussed the results. When it's time for a joint replacement I'll be confident with him being my surgeon. They provide convenient locations to be seen and you are moved through efficiently minimizing time and getting radiographs performed. The staff was very thoughtful and treated me well. Phil T.“

“Entire experience with the Sports Med clinic was top notch. Scheduling, office visit, doctors and staff were all above average. Each time I met with the doctor he was very complete and honest with sharing information. Took the time to answer any questions. Wish I had known about this facility in the past for other sports injuries my child encountered.“
