Had an issue with a leak on the domestic hot water side of a combi gas boiler/dhw system. Repair person arrived promptly but did not have the part to fully repair. Slowed the leak and Dynamic sent someone out later to replace defective gasket. Prompt, professional and always kept me informed.
OMG, where to start! Great company and great service!!! It all started with Jay and the estimate. He gave great advice on which system would be best for our house, and gave us adviuce and what to ask contactors if we get more quotes (we didn't, we went with Dynamic). They were WAY cheaper than a quote from Aiello Home by $4k, and we got the Aiello quote before 2020!!! Install day was great. The communication was amazing, they were on time, no dirt left behind in the house, and they even did great with our 3 dogs! We had them do the full duct cleaning as well (the system was over 20 years old and not serviced for at least 10 years). I can't say enough about them!... read full review
