I’m a VERY satisfied customer.
My “primary” eye care team has been Dr Roginiel and Erica. From the start, they supported me with courtesy and understanding while I took some time deciding whether to take a monovision approach to my cataract surgeries. (I did, and it’s worked very well for me.) I suspect that many physicians would have grown impatient, but Dr R kept assuring me that cataract surgery is a big deal, and that I shouldn’t make related decisions in haste. I think she’s an extraordinary physician.

Wait time a bit long but not too bad. Front staff pleasant and efficient. Emily did initial tests with pleasant professionalism. Was then seen by Dr. Roginiel who finished the exam and provided clear information about the condition of my eyes. Very good visit with this team!
