The Eye Care Group is a welcoming practice where patients receive exceptional care from kind, professional, and knowledgeable staff. The clinic is clean, and the healthcare workers are pleasant and professional. Patients feel valued, cared for, and confident in the practice's ability to correct their eye care issues. The doctors, such as Dr. Kim and Dr. Tom, take ample time to address concerns, explain issues clearly, and provide personalized attention. Patients generally have a very good experience, with the care rendered being very professional and caring, even if there are occasional long waiting periods or a slightly impersonal initial interaction.
Updated review. Met with Dr. Rudich and she is remarkable! She's just confidence inspiring. Very confident which is very reassuring. Explains everything in a very understandable way. I highly recommend her. My first review was bad because I had issues getting an appointment. That was resolved and I'll keep going back.
I had my first visit at Eye Care Group and my experience was excellent. The wait time to be seen was very short.Everyone was helpful and friendly. The doctor made sure I understood all the test results and explained any questions I may have had.I highly recommend The Eye Care Group.
Had a great eye exam with Dr Kim. Staff was excellent. Their efforts with testing were top drawer. Large facility. It was a busy Friday but it all kept moving. Having a follow up in a few weeks.
