The doctors, such as Dr. Kim and Dr. Tom, take ample time to address concerns, explain issues clearly, and provide personalized attention. Patients generally have a very good experience, with the care rendered being very professional and caring, even if there are occasional long waiting periods or a slightly impersonal initial interaction.
I have been coming here for years and I am always greeted warmly and respectfully by the staff. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable as he explained each process. Dr. Kim is the absolute best. She takes time to answer any questions I may have and she never makes me feel like I’m bothering her.
I have been going to the eye care group for many years. They are professional, careful and thorough. They have always given skillful care for my eye health needs. I recommend them without reservation.
Generally very good experience. Robotic, impersonal, borderline unfriendly initial tech, followed by long waiting periods, in a very cold office (almost every patient was wearing their coats). Those things aside, the care rendered was very professional and caring. Very impressed with Dr. Berenberg. Can’t say I’m looking forward to returning for more eye injections, but will do so with confidence and less anxiety.
