Pampered Pets Grooming Salon provides exceptional care for furry friends. Their pleasant and caring groomers do a fine job of cleaning, trimming, and combing out mats without shaving. The salon offers convenient services, including walk-in nail trims, and adds a personal touch with a cute gift. Pets leave smelling great and looking fabulous, making it a great find for pet owners in the area.
Took my matted kitty here expecting to get her shaved. Luckily, we caught it early and she was able to brush her out! She dealt with my cats attitude like a champ and even clipped her nails and gave her a free treat. Thanks Valerie and PP team!
We love this place. We have been going there for about 2 years by now. The people are friendly and take good care of our pets. We get lion cut and wash for our long hair cat, Tashi and wash for our other cat, Sophie.
Our time in Old Saybrook did not permit a regular booking, but the shop kindly called back after a cancellation. The groomers were pleasant and caring...and they did a fine job of cleaning and trimming our cavapoo's fur, combing out his mats and not shaving him down. The Christmas bandana gift was a cute extra touch. We are happy!
