He genuinely cares about his customers, and can be trusted to do an excellent job. It is rare to find a true neighborhood shop these days, but Jem Lee is a classic. It is why Jem Lee has been “the” landmark Darien dry cleaner for decades.“

“Rubers was recommended by a family friend for wedding dress cleaning, and I’m really happy I chose them. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, and they took the time to explain the entire process to me. It’s clear they genuinely care about both the quality of their service and their customers.

I chose both cleaning and preservation. After cleaning, I inspected the dress before moving to preservation. Most of the dirt and dust was removed, there were however still a few twigs. Because of that, I’d recommend inspecting your dress after cleaning rather than going straight into preservation.

I’ll update this review once I receive the dress back from the preservation phase.“
