Special thanks to Dave Usdan who kept us informed throughout the entire process (especially with the insurance company), answered all of our questions and was so courteous and knowledgeable. Also wanted to mention Brian, the site manager, and Jim the project manager who were great to work with—professional, attentive and friendly! Lastly, the installation crew did an outstanding job—from arrival at 645am until they finished at 7pm, I’ve never seen such hard workers who were so meticulous from installation to clean up!
