The entire restoration team responded promptly to mitigate, clean, repair, remodel, paint and restore our kitchen by the most effective and efficient means possible. David King, who coordinated the restoration process was very professional and readily available to respond to our questions and concerns . We are tremendously grateful to Chris, Ramon, and Melvin for the beautiful job they did rebuilding our kitchen. They were polite, respectful, meticulous workers. I can’t say enough good things about this company. No one wants to deal with this process of a burst pipe. We awoke in the middle of the night to water pouring into the master bath, bedroom, and closet from the bath upstairs' frozen and burst pipe. Immediate chaos in first dealing with the issue (shutting off water to the home), then accessing the damage (additional damage to the garage), filing an insurance claim, getting the pipe fixed, and finally calling a restoration company to complete the remediation and possibly a separate company to do the repair.I spoke with multiple companies but due to the severe cold temps and claims they were dealing with, they would take...read full review

We had a pretty serious leak due to all the rain this summer. I called David and he immediately came to inspect. He went above and beyond to fix our leak and the damage caused. If you're looking for water damage services in CT, he's definitely your guy!
