Dr Allard has a system for relieving tightness and muscular pain associated with bone structure (and lack of exercise). The 15 min of heat and electric pads for massage help to loosen and prepare for the adjustment; I am convinced it is the only way I have avoided surgery. The office staff is very accommodating and friendly. Very punctual!
