I had a great experience here. After my appointment at another salon was canceled last minute, I called around to find a salon that had availability. I must have called 15 different salons. Darcy at Medusa said they were booked but she could accommodate me. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of.Darcy is a master colorist and knew exactly what I wanted. Polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Love my hair!!

I'm a hairdresser's daughter, which means I'm pretty picky about my hair. Since my mom can't do my hair anymore, I booked a color with Darcy and I love the results. It came out even better than I had hoped. She and Jen are a great team. I definitely recommend this salon and both Darcy and Jen.

The stylists are very personable and knowledgeable. Jen gives great advice for hair care and always does a lovely job styling mine. I got colors done for the first time and couldn't be happier.They're also really good about finding the best pricing for their customers that they can when checking out, and are very understanding about rescheduling appointments.Tips are only in cash or Venmo, so keep that in mind!
