“We can’t say enough good things about 203 K-9! We signed up for the five-lesson package and have completed three lessons so far with our six-month-old mixed-breed puppy. She’s an Australian Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog mix with Husky and American Pit Bull Terrier—definitely a high-energy super mutt!

We’ve been working with Jose, and the progress has honestly been incredible. After just three weeks, it’s like we have a different dog. As everyone says, the training is just as much for the owners as it is for the dog, and Jose has done an amazing job teaching us how to communicate with her and stay consistent.

Our biggest goals were improving her leash pulling and recall, and we’ve already seen a huge difference in both. We’ve had lessons both at their facility and at a local park, which has been so helpful for practicing in different environments.

We’re truly amazed by how far our puppy has come in such a short time and are excited to keep building on what we’ve learned. Our involvement with Schulhof has included pet adoption, transfer of medical records following adoption, basic dentistry, complicated dentistry (chef’s kiss to Dr. Westerfield), boarding, all vaccinations schedules, chip implant and multiple annual APHIS/USDA international travel accommodations (thank you, thank you, thank you, Erin!), including detailed shared dialogue regarding our procedure in procuring a European Passport and the sensitive and precise rules that come with it.
