We explained that the stairs to the deck of our existing above-ground pool were a challenge for our handicapped daughter, and that accessibility was very important to us. At our next meeting, we asked about raising the ground, which had been recommended by another pool company. Dave told us he would absolutely do whatever we wanted, but then thoughtfully reminded us that raising the ground would create another obstacle for our daughter.
