Tim and his crew at Zack's did an incredible job with our 15' above-ground pool install from start to finish. We have a difficult yard and the excavator they work with, Arcenio, handled it beautifully. Tim's installers came in and got the install done efficiently, flawlessly and left our yard clean. The star of the show, however, has got to be Evelyn, who was instrumental in ensuring our kids can enjoy our new pool as soon as possible even in light of the many rainy days that kept throwing off the install schedule. HIGHLY recommend!
Zak’s pools is the best! Tim and Evelyn are wonderful! They have a great crew- especially Louis, they do everything from opening and closing the pool to all repairs, their service is great, responds quickly to any problem and their prices are great! Everyone is very nice, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, Won’t go with anyone else! Highly recommend!
Everyone was fantastic at Zack's. If you left a message they got right back to you like within an hour. They scheduled the pool replacement promptly, were on time and efficient. The whole crew was friendly and respectful. Would highly recommend.
