Carboni Plumbing & Heating
“My childhood/family vacation home sustained a considerable amount of water damage recently from pipes bursting during last winer. As.I reside in another state, coordinating thee process of restorative repair was a most daunting task, under any circumstances. The restoration process was a step by step endeavor that involved many different coordination contacts and service monitoring over a period of several months in time of seemingly daily communications from Bobby (who with his crew and sub-contracting companies), Robin (the office manager, who, deftly, coordinated the communication avenues) and Dawn (billing and financial contact), my childhood home issues were addressed in a most, most satisfactory manner. I trust that this performance review will serve as a positive public acknowledgment of the exemplary Carboni Plumbing and Heating organization and its humanistic as well as professional oriented services.
My Utmost Appreciation
