Kyle Stearns recommended I contact Mike from Advanced Sewer after we had some basement flooding in a 100-year-old house we just purchased. Mike was excellent — he responded right away with an assistant, quickly diagnosed the issue, and cleared the drains.
He explained that the older underground pipes were likely compromised and would eventually need replacing. While we haven’t finalized a plan yet, we’ll be working with Kyle to take care of the replacements.

Had a 20 year old septic pump failure. Contacted Mike at Advanced Sewer and Drain, they were crazy busy the day I called. He was able to come out the next day which was fine, I had shut off the water so it wasn't a 911, but needed to be repaired ASAP so next day was great. Terrific communication, Mike was able to understand our needs via texts and a few photos.
