“I absolutely love Baah spa. My mother and I went just last week. My only regret every time is not going more often. The therapists, all of them, are remarkable. They are warm, friendly, professional, and clearly love what they do and it is apparent in their work. The spa itself is cozy with a 'Baah' sheep theme in the decor. So many cute little things to buy as well. The earrings are really cute. The overall vibe is fun and relaxing. I have been several times. “I have been a patient of Dr. Allard’s for about a year now, and I refuse to see someone else. The first appointment I had with him, he took the time to understand and know my health background and physical traumas to ensure the best route of chiropractic care. He has taught me exercises to do at home, focuses on my trigger points in my neck to help decrease my migraines, and is always consistent when adjusting my back and neck. Before moving to Norwich, I was going to someone in a different town and honestly, I did not do my research; the previous chiro I had would not adjust my neck and I was in constant pain.
