Massage was great but the main spa was closed due to construction so the service was in the smaller spa in the Earth Tower, which has no amenities at all - so no pool, whirlpool, sauna, robes, lockers, etc. This was disappointing to be sure, good thing the massage was great!
I had a 90-minute Elemis facial with Hannah during my day visit, and it was wonderful. She was warm, professional, and communicated throughout the treatment, which made the experience even more relaxing. I especially loved the mini massages while the masks were on—they were such a thoughtful touch. I left feeling refreshed and can't wait to book with Hannah again!
We had a wonderful experience at the Mandara Spa. We felt pampered from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was friendly, welcoming, and relaxing. Our treatments were exactly what we needed and we had access to the spa amenities for the whole day, including the sauna and steam room. While there, Cynthia spoiled us with anything we needed. She remembered our names when we came back later in the day and made sure we felt welcomed back. She was so polite and professional, as well as the staff who checked us in. We highly recommend this spa if you’re ever in town or staying at Mohegan!
