I’m extremely particular so I can nitpick about the upgrades they need but I’m not going to because the staff exceeds all of that. I had a 60 minute Swedish massage with Kat and it was amazing. I have a hard time relaxing and I’m not sure if she hit a particular pressure point or what but I was OUT and extremely relaxed! Highly recommend Rain and Kat for a quick fix!“

“My boyfriend and I recently visited Healing Salt Cave & Wellness Spa in Guilford for a relaxing aromatherapy massage followed by a salt cave session, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.

From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed. Theresa at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel at home by offering us water and snacks before showing us to a private room where we could change into our robes. Her kindness and attentiveness set the tone for the entire visit.

We then met our massage therapists, Debra and Zayda, and I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine warmth made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed. They took the time to ask about any areas of discomfort as well as any spots they should avoid, and then used techniques tailored specifically to our individual needs.

I have been to many wellness spas over the years, and this experience surpassed every one of them. Debra and Zayda targeted the areas that had been bothering us with incredible skill, and it was hands down the best massage either of us has ever had.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every member of the team made us feel cared for and valued. The aromatherapy massage and salt cave session together created the perfect atmosphere to relax, recharge, and clear our minds.

“I’ve been going to this family-owned salon for well over 10 years, and I can’t recommend them enough.

I have very thick, naturally wavy hair, and after trying countless salons, Madison Avenue was the first place where someone really understood how to cut and style it. I trust them with everything..cuts, color, and keratin treatments.

Scheduling online is simple, appointments always run on time, and they have an excellent selection of professional products. I also love that they take the time to explain which products are best for my hair and why, instead of simply trying to sell them.

My two boys have been coming here for years as well. They both wear their hair longer, and they refuse to let anyone but Michelle cut it.

Over the years, Madison Avenue has become so much more than our salon…they’ve become family. My longtime stylist, Mark, became a close friend before his life was tragically taken. After his passing, his dad began doing my hair, and having him step in has meant more than I can put into words. Walking through their doors (into their newly renovated salons!) doesn’t feel like going to a salon…it feels like another home.

“This is a great place to be. Very clean, customer care is fantastic. Andrea is awesome. I been going there for about five year. After going to other places, this is where I stayed. I highly recommend them. I get Brazilian wax.“

“The haircut and color were beautiful. I had to have corrective color done, and it came out fabulous. I went there because I have asthma and bad allergies. I am super sensitive to any synthetic smells. The air was much more tolerable than in a regular salon and they seemed really conscious of people's allergies. The products used to highlight and dye had no odor. However, the shampoo and possibly detangler were awful. I went on Thursday; it is now Saturday night. I have washed my hair 4 times with clarifying shampoo, and the smell is still there. I even did an apple cider vinegar/water rinse in between washings. I have been wearing my hair in a ponytail because I can smell it less. My nose, throat, and lungs are so irritated still. If I get up the nerve to go again, I will bring my own unscented products. If it wasn't for this, I would of given it 5 stars.“
