Very caring and helpful staff, gentle and patient with my shy dog. Great technical skills and wonderful empathy. The doctor is very knowledgeable, well educated and very helpful to us. Does not cause us to undergo unnecessary extra tests. I love bringing my dog here.

We have been going to Dr Alter for 20 + years with our two parrots. He has been outstanding caring for our Pets and Erika and Kiwi always loved him!!!! He is a very caring and compassionate man. The world is a better place with you Dr Alter andPets Friend!!!!!!!!

I don't know what we would do without these kind people. They truly care for our whole zoo of animals. They are reasonable, easy to work with, not aggressive with expensive/unnecessary treatments, and are very easy to get appointments/ask for advice.I highly highly recommend this little local animal hospital. Pet's Friend rocks!
