There are not enough words to describe how amazing IMX Pilates is! Kristen and Jaime’s classes were my go to’s every week. They both bring their own unique teaching styles and you always leave feeling stronger than when you walked in. I went here for about a year and every class had something different thrown into it. They always check in and help with any modifications needed. And Carol is so wonderful, she will do whatever she can to get you into a class that’s “full” and makes sure you’re getting what you need from the studio. If you’re thinking about starting Pilates this is the place for you!! I’m going to miss it here so much.

I don’t normally write reviews but I love this place so much I want more people to know about it. I’ve been coming since the beginning of November and I’ve never felt better. I have a very bad knee and this is the only thing I’ve found that actually helps it instead of hurts it. My back pain is gone as well. A bonus is that I’ve lost weight and gotten very toned. Studio owner Carol is amazing—she cares a lot about her students, gets back to you right away, etc. The instructors are excellent and the classes are actually fun.
