We were awaiting a new company to service our furnace. They explained to me they were very busy, but would let us know as soon an opening came up. Then that day we had a leak which got more as the day went on. Finally I called the on call at 9:30pm I’m sure the owner called back and said we’ll be there at 8am next day. The service we received from your company went way above to satisfy us. Thankyou so much you all are the best and dependable.
Excellent experience with Dependable when my central AC failed during a hot stretch. They came the same day when other companies were booked for over a week with other emergencies. The tech was friendly, efficient, and explained everything to me. Very happy to have found these guys!
Responded quickly. Correctly diagnosed the reasons for the heating problem. Effectively fixed it. Very personable and very willing to answer questions and convey knowledge. Reasonable pricing. Definitely my preferred HVAC company!
